Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3-8 business days (excluding public holidays) once payment is received. We offer the following delivery options:

  • Australia Post eParcel: For parcels weighing less than 22kg and measuring less than 1 meter in length. Once the parcel has been collected and scanned by Australia Post, tracking information will be available within 24 hours.

  • Courier Services : For large, bulk, or pallet orders, we use courier services. Once the parcel is picked up and scanned, tracking information will be provided within 24 hours after dispatch.

Returns & Replacements

At Samaria Aus Pty Ltd, we accept returns and replacements within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Faulty Product: If you receive a faulty item, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace the damaged product and cover return and resend shipping costs.

Viewing Orders

To keep our customers informed, an order confirmation will be sent once the order is completed. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the dispatch notification, which will be sent via email once the parcel has been collected by Australia Post or the courier service.
